Siser EasyWeed® Heat Transfer Vinyl – 15" x YD is a versatile, professional-grade heat transfer material designed for creating custom graphics, lettering, numbers, logos, and other heat-applied designs on apparel and compatible fabrics.
EasyWeed is manufactured with a thin polyurethane (PU) composition that provides a lightweight feel while maintaining excellent durability through repeated washing. At approximately 90 microns / 3.5 mils thick, the material produces a clean, professional finish without adding unnecessary bulk to the garment.
One of EasyWeed's key advantages is its pressure-sensitive carrier, which helps keep small letters and detailed design elements securely positioned after weeding. This makes it especially useful for intricate graphics and production environments where accurate placement and efficient workflow are important.
EasyWeed can be applied to 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton/polyester blends, and leather. It is also suitable for layering and can be applied using a professional heat press or compatible home-iron application method.

- Preheat the garment to help remove moisture and wrinkles before application.
- Position the weeded EasyWeed® design on the garment with the carrier facing upward.
- Apply using the recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings.
- Remove the carrier either hot or cold.
- Always test the material and garment before beginning a production run, particularly when working with temperature-sensitive fabrics.
- Mirror the artwork before sending the design to the cutter.
- Position the material so the carrier side remains intact during cutting.
- Weed away excess material after cutting, leaving the finished design positioned on the pressure-sensitive carrier.
- Recommended Blade: 45° / 60°

- Cutting settings can vary depending on the cutter, blade type, and blade condition.
- Always perform a test cut before running the complete design.
- The pressure-sensitive carrier helps keep small lettering and detailed design elements in position during weeding and placement.
- Use the pressure-sensitive carrier to help accurately position detailed graphics, small lettering, and multi-color designs.
- For layered designs, the one-second tack capability can help reduce total pressing time between layers.
- Use only enough time during intermediate presses to tack each layer into position before applying the final press.
- Confirm that the garment or fabric is compatible with the recommended application temperature before production.
- Always test unfamiliar or temperature-sensitive fabrics before decorating a full production run.
- Follow appropriate application instructions when using a home iron instead of a professional heat press.
