SPSI Update

We continue to closely monitor developments with respect to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have been taking steps to ensure the safety and wellness of our employees including travel restrictions (both internationally and domestically), reviewing business continuity plans, prudently evaluating the need and attendance at group gatherings and working to implement visitor guidelines for those coming to our locations.

During these difficult times we are taking preventive measures at all our warehouses to protect both our customers and employees. We are closing our facility to the public until further notice. This change does not affect our normal shipping policy.

Will Call Requests:
Will Call (local pick-up) is still an option, but orders must be placed in advance with completed payment via phone or through our website. No on-site orders/payments will be taken as we try to limit the face-to-face interactions with SPSI staff. Any will call (pickup) orders you will need to call the local office to determine a drop spot at the warehouse and your estimated time of arrival.

Supply Chain and Customer Impacts:

As you are aware, the entire global supply chain has been impacted due to the coronavirus outbreak, which has led to large-scale disruption in marine container shipping services.

While it is more difficult to confirm available logistics and delivery dates at this time, we believe our global logistics capabilities will keep us well positioned to work through these challenges and, if necessary, to help customers put the appropriate mitigation plans in place. We are working closely with our Vendors to determine any potential impacts or delays. We are also verifying our suppliers' ability to supply raw materials so we can continue running our distribution sites without delay.

We realize this situation remains very dynamic. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more about this changing situation.
